Meet 'n Greet for Hardware Engineers - Odd Engineer

Come meet some freelance HW engineer nerds!

Whether you're looking to expand your network to increase engineering referrals, or if you'll need a niche hardware engineer soon, this community can help you.

Primarily, we want the Odd Engineer community members to be able to get to know each other and expand their networks, but everyone with the above interests is welcome.

During this 1st ever meetup, hosted by Erin McDermott, we'll:
• briefly explain OddEngineer.com and answer any questions
• give each person 30 seconds to introduce themselves and A.) their niche engineering specialties or B.) a hard-to-find specialist they're searching for
• split up into 2-3 person breakout rooms for 4-minute sessions where you can briefly get to know other attendees more intimately
• encourage everyone to share their LinkedIn profile URL in the chat so we can expand our LI networks, too!

We know the time slot is gonna be weird for some, but we're trying to allow for as many Odd Engineer members to attend as possible -- and they span from the West Coast of the USA to Eastern Europe!

As a reminder, Odd Engineer currently only serves PHYSICAL PRODUCT ENGINEERS, aka hardware engineers, such as electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, optical engineers, IoT developers, chemical engineers, manufacturing engineers, industrial designers, machinists, specialists in thermal management, supply chain, etc. Odd Engineer does not serve sw-only engineers at this time.
