"Off The Hook" Bible Talk, Fullerton CA

We want to inspire people to have a real, deep, and lifelong relationship with God and to learn to love each other as Jesus commanded in John 13:34-35. If you are interested at all in learning about the Bible, how to walk with God, in growing in your faith, and/or helping others walk with God (Micah 6:8), we want to meet you! If you are totally new to the bible or just have some doubts, concerns, or questions, we'd love to meet you too!

Our "Off The Hook" Bible Talk is in our home in Fullerton, CA. We start the evening off at 7pm with some fellowship and food/dinner. Then we circle up, making sure the little kids have a great plan, and then get into the bible discussion together. The "Bible Talk" is a led discussion where we look at a passage and talk about its meaning, applicaitons, and implicaitons together. You don't have to be "familiar" with the bible or anything like that, the discussions are generally straightforward and meant to be more "down to earth" and practical.

Sometimes we'll have a series over a book in the bible, biblical topics, or a biblcal character, but discussions are still designed to "stand alone." This is not a "class" and there are no "quizzes" or anything like that. It is an informal discussion group. Sometimes we'll serve the community through MERCYworldwide projects on Saturday instead of our Thursday evening bible talk. Many of us also attend church, single/campus devotionals, and married ministry events together too. We have folks from all walks of life in our bible talk, some older, some younger, some with little children, some with grown children - with all kinds of backgrounds.
