Non fiction bookclub - our first meetup!

Details
We’re excited to announce the first meeting of Off the Page! For our inaugural gathering, we’ll be diving into Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker—a fascinating exploration of the science behind sleep and why it’s so crucial to our mental and physical health.
Whether you’ve read the entire book, just a few chapters, or even watched Matthew Walker’s TED talk you’re welcome to join the discussion. We want this to be a relaxed and open space where everyone can participate.
### What to Expect:
- Friendly and Structured Discussion: We’ll have a structured group chat where everyone who wants to contribute will be given the opportunity to share their thoughts. No need to worry about speaking up—we’ll ensure that each voice gets a chance to be heard.
- Read What You Can: Haven’t finished the book? No problem! Feel free to join in even if you’ve only read part of the book or watched Walker’s TED Talk on sleep. We’ll be covering key themes and ideas, so there’s plenty to talk about whether you’ve finished or not.
- Time to Mingle: After the discussion, there will be plenty of time to mingle and get to know each other. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and connect over shared interests.
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting and kicking off our journey into thought-provoking ideas together. Bring your curiosity and a friendly attitude, and we’ll handle the rest!
