Join us for an Offers and Needs Market on Februrary 28th from 11a-1p at Fountain Street Church in the Social Hall.
The mission of the “Offers and Needs Market” (OANM) is to cultivate community through a facilitated process in which participants identify and exchange their passions, knowledge, skills, resources, opportunities, and needs.
What to expect:
- An introduction to the market
- A guided creative self-reflection to identify offers and needs
- Facilitated small group sharing of offers and needs
- Time for connecting with others in the community
Who should Join? The OANM is inclusive of all people and organizations who are seeking to cultivate local community. Through OANM around the world, participants have found employment, housing, connected with like-minded people, learned organizing strategies, and increased the sourcing of local goods and services.
Note: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before 11am so that we are able to start and end on time.
