Easy to get to just two lights east of 35. Trying to get this group going again to build a sustainable off grid village on a great site that has natural gas wells for energy, a big lake site and big well for water and lots of farm land to grow food for many people. Please respond if you can't come with other times or places you would like to meet. We have had some time off as the right plan had not come together but I think I have a great plan that can provide long term survival but is close enough to Dallas to be a commute. But it is out of development path for security. This will not be a cheap deal as I plan to offer high net investor users a return while offering needed sweat equity users a discounted great deal and quality of life.
