About us
Dharmarama - is co-facilitated Dharma practice group. We meet on Monday evenings 6.30-8.30pm at St Peters Church Hall, Offam, Lewes BN7 3PX.
We listen to a Dharma talk and sit together in meditation. This is not a "taught" session - those who want to offer can hold the space each week. Suggested donation is £3. Please bring your own cushion.
If you would like to come either just turn up. You will be warmly welcomed.
