During the session, we'll take a look at Amazon Lex Service. Amazon Lex is a Conversational AI service that provides automatic speech recognition and language understanding. During the demo, I'll try to explain how to build a simple chatbot and possibly integrate it with Facebook Messenger.

In my experience, I have worked with multiple business domains such as Telecommunications, BPM, Natural Language Processing and Automotive. Software engineering and architecting are tightly connected with Cloud Providers, and I'm actively using AWS and Azure in my daily routines. I'm experienced in designing cost and performance-optimized solutions and applying AWS Well-Architected Framework principles. I'm a certified AWS Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Well-Architected Proficient. My point of interest is modern AI-focused services which can help effectively resolve business needs and optimize existing processes by using AI.
