What we’re about
We’re a board game café based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a great selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, fika, snacks, and tabletop games. To access our games, we have a 55 kr entry fee, which includes a complimentary snack. We also offer food and drink combo options without entry fee.
Starting in 2026, our hours of operation are:
- September - June
- Wednesday - Friday: 17 - 22:00
- Saturday - Sunday: 14 - 22:00
- July - August
- Wednesday - Friday: 18 - 22:00
- Saturday: 16 - 22:00
In addition to open board gaming, we host special weekly events, including chess nights, social mixers, and tournaments—there’s always something exciting happening!
Ground Rules
- ☕ No Outside Food & Drink Allowed (except water): Your purchases of our food and drinks directly support our business and keep us open!
- 👶 Age Policy: Ages 12 & Up Only. This is for the safety of young children (sharp table corners, choking hazards) and to maintain a calm, focused atmosphere for those who are playing complex games. However, we may make exceptions for well-behaved younger children (typically ages 10 - 11) who love board games and can remain calm throughout their stay.
- 🐾 No Pets Allowed. This is due to potential customer allergies. Only certified service animals are permitted.
