About us
Where women connect and find true belonging. In person. Unplugged.
Offline Women is a curated community for women in London dedicated to providing a space for real human connection away from screens.
We believe that real life happens when we are present with each other, and our events are a direct invitation to step away from the digital and into an unplugged, shared experience.
Belonging is created through frequent interactions, plus persistent caring.
We are committed to fostering a supportive community where you can find genuine conversation and feel true belonging.
We purposefully limit our group size to ensure every connection is meaningful, and every person feels seen.
We leave you with this wisdom that inspires us to keep showing up for this community:
“We have all known the long loneliness
and we have learned that the only solution is love
and that love comes with community.
It all happened while we sat there talking, and it is still going on.” —Dorothy Day

🏘️Offline Women Explore Pretty London: Notting Hill
The Gate Picturehouse, 87 Notting Hill Gate, London, W11 3JZ, GBJoin us for our series where Offline Women Explore Pretty London, visiting different neighbourhoods to enjoy the most charming pockets of our city entirely through our own eyes.
The first walk in this series will be through Notting Hill. I am not a tour guide and this is not a formal trek. The idea is to wander and see what gems we can find together.
We will look for those secluded mews, undiscovered cafés, tree-lined streets, artisan bakeries, and bookshops that allow you to escape in a huge capital city like London.
To keep things truly offline, this is a phone-free and photo-free walk. We live in the most photographed city in the world, but we often miss the soul of it because we are busy framing the shot.
We ask everyone to keep their phones tucked away for the whole walk. It is a bit of a rebellious way to explore London, but let’s see how much more we notice when we are fully present for these quiet and gentle moments.
There is no set agenda, just good conversation and nice streets. Whether you are a London local or just moved here, come along and wander with us. Just remember to wear comfortable shoes and leave the digital world behind for a couple of hours.
This series is inspired by the book prettycitylondon.
