Outside Climbing @ Ambush Wall Lower.

All levels welcome! Looking for some where I haven't been in a while and with shade.
This area has a pretty decent mix of sport and Trad climbing. The Ambush Wall is mostly sport with 2 trad routes. Because of the shade, this can be a busy area, so be prepared to change locations.
DIRECTIONS/HOW TO FIND US: The Big Cottonwood Canyon Park & Ride parking lot. From here, the Ambush Wall up the canyon 5.7 miles. There is a pullout on the north side of the road. There is an orange sign with "7.8" in black at the pullout.
WHAT TO BRING: - helmet - harness - belay device - water - snacks and lunch - medicines you may need - layers of clothes appropriate for the weather - approach shoes Optional (If you have experience leading) - rope - anchor materials with locking carabiners - PAS - personal anchor system - quick draws - trad rack RULES OF THE GAME: This is an outdoor event which carries more risk. We have an accident-free record but can make no guarantees (since rocks can fall, etc.).
