Meditation and Sound Bath with Sonic Alchemy. Experience the feeling of being held in sound. This is an hour-long meditation practice with sound healing instruments. Physical injuries can be healed. Old emotional traumas released. Great insights can be accessed.
In-person at Harmonic Journeys, 1292 Summit Avenue, Lakewood, 44107. Additional parking at the corner of Clifton and Summit at Lincoln Elementary School (about ten houses down the street. Outside if weather permits. Enjoy the garden, meet the chickens and visit the fish pond.

A Full Moon signifies the end of a lunar cycle, a symbol of endings. We can harvest the energy of a full moon to set intentions and decide what to let go of in our lives. Endings are needed for new beginnings! Join us to learn more about the moon’s effect on our lives and our bodies. Only $5.00 or donation.
