We’ll explore the beautiful stretch between Lake Rockwell and Water Works Park—a section that truly has it all: tranquil scenery, sporty riffles and rapids, and calm flatwater. Whether you're here for the peace or a little thrill, this route delivers a memorable experience.
Location: Water Works Park (take-out location; we'll shuttle to Lake Rockwell to launch. Address: 2025 Munroe Falls Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. GPS: 41.14460 -81.45900)
Time: Please arrive by 8:00 AM to allow time for unloading and shuttle coordination.

Highlights:
- A scenic downstream journey through forested banks and peaceful backwater
- Fun Class I rapids in the middle section for a touch of adventure
- A mix of paddling conditions—ideal for intermediate paddlers who want variety

Recommendations:
- A sturdy kayak with good tracking and stability is recommended (ideally 12' or shorter)
- Bring water, snacks, sun protection, and any personal essentials
- We’ll need to self-organize a vehicle shuttle—please be ready to help out

This is a casual meet-up. I’m a fellow paddler—not a guide or expert. While I’ve been paddling regularly since 2021, I do not have formal training in rescue, navigation, or first aid. This event is weather-dependent, and by joining, you assume full responsibility for your own safety.
