SIPPO LAKE - casual paddle & happy hour

Sippo Lake Park began in 1844 when a dam was built on Sippo Creek to create a 100-acre mill lake for industry. By the late 1800s, it became a popular local recreation spot for boating, picnics, fishing, and dances.
Its resort era faded in the early 1900s, and in 1977 the Stark Parks purchased the property and turned it into the public park people enjoy today.

We will paddle the lake & enjoy the wildlife. PFDs must be worn. Kayak rentals are available at the marina.

2 hours on the water, then we'll head over to Game Time Bar & Grill @ 5153 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44708 for some social time & refreshments! Now let's just hope for some beautiful sunshine.
