Join us every other Tuesday at 6pm EST for some grounding, connection and support from good brothers like you! We will start more outdoor groups in the spring once the weather warms up.
The focus of this group:
This group was created from one man's mental health struggles within isolation. Now, we are here to hold space for other men who may need a friend, some movement, and a brotherhood community where we can all lift each other up as we pursue fulfilling lives. This is a safe, strong, and positive masculine space where all men and all beliefs are welcome!
Background and Non-profit Support
This group was birthed from the struggles of men in our community and is now supported by a mental healt nonprofit organization called Speak Your Mind (Click here to learn more: https://linktr.ee/taketimespeakyourmind).
The mission of Speak Your Mind is to provide spaces for local communities to connect and support each other during a mental health crisis that continues to escalate.
We are stronger together, and it is okay to seek support and connection along this difficult journey of life!
All events are non-denominational and donation-based. No one will be turned away for their beliefs or financial position.
