Kundalini Yoga is essentailly Breathwork yoga. It's a powerful practice for emotional regulation and and nervous system strength. Through gentle movement and intentional breathwork, the practice helps calm the mind, release stress and anxiety, and restore clarity. It also supports heart-centered healing, creating space for love, compassion, and deeper self-awareness.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. Newcomers are warmly welcome. We’ll move through gentle movement and guided breathwork, accompanied by high-frequency music to support rhythm and flow.
