In today’s fast-paced modern life, are we losing touch with our inner peace and powers? Raja Yoga Meditation takes us on a unique journey of self-discovery, or, in fact, rediscovery. It takes us beyond a gross level of consciousness to a deeper, subtler level, from which spiritual empowerment begins.

This is a 5-day beginner's course.
Classes are linked to each other. Please attend all the classes on time for better understanding.

Aug 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th,
7:45 p.m.–8:45 p.m. central.
