Welcome to Beneath The Surface: Subconscious Exploration/Reprogramming! This group is for anyone in the Oklahoma City area who is interested in exploring the depths of their subconscious mind and taking the necessary actions to reprogram it in order to live a life that they enjoy and, more importantly, to get out of autopilot. We will focus on dreams, patterns, thoughts, speech, relationships, family, and past experiences to help consciously uncover areas that need to be reprogrammed.
