Join us for our monthly in-person Women's Empowerment Series Workshops at the Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center, Oklahoma City . This series is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for women to come together, share their challenges, and seek collective wisdom for healing and personal growth.
This workshop and all the sessions to follow are free to attend. This is a community service.
What to Expect:
Each participant is invited to share aspects of their life that are challenging and in need of support in a space where their voice is heard and their experiences are valued. Engage in thought-provoking discussions that encourage reflection and insight as we explore pathways to healing and self-empowerment together. Participate in journaling exercises designed to provoke deep reflections and personal insights. Share touching moments and key takeaways that resonate deeply with our hearts with a peaceful guided meditation to center and calm the mind.
