The Maybe Monad's 3 Goals

I previously did a video about a super high level mental exercise to help .NET Developers learn what "Monadic" means. But while I focused on some super basic usages, I didn't exactly nail down what I believe are the three benefits of using Maybe Monads. In this stream I'll fill a couple of those gaps!
