Injecting and testing around HttpClient (C# Specific)

In working with a long list of Cross Cutting Concerns such as Logging, SDK Creation, Auth(entic/oriz)ation, APM and more, we need to configure how we interact with external HTTP connections. Not only that, but we need to be able to rely on HttpClient while also keeping our code testable. I'll try to keep this as a "short" stream, and I'll touch on a few topics you may not be doing to achieve maximum flexibility with your HttpClient requirements.
