Guest Speakers Juliana Luna & Layla Wills
Juliana Luna: A 10th grade entrepreneur with a mission to boost confidence through jewelry. She started designing pieces of jewelry around two years ago that blends her love for fashion with the joy of making others feel great. As she learns and grows in this craft, she is excited to share her journey and see where her creativity may take her! Juliana is in the National Honor Society and will start concurrent enrollment at Rose State College in the fall then pursued a Business Degree to help her achieve her long term goal of owning multiple businesses.
Layla Wills: Started with a BIG GOAL and needed a way to fund it so she started making fresh homemade "Cookies By Layla". Today, she is also diversifying as "Layla's Kitchen" into a line of assorted mixes such as pancakes and brownie mixes; with future plans to expand with more mixes. She is still slinging cookies and has even BIGGER GOALS to reach.
Special Guest Grace Willis: Mother of Layla will also speak and answer questions as a parent of a budding entrepreneur with the different challenges and opportunities kids have when they get bit by the entrepreneur bug. Grace is a stay-at-home mom and CPA running a small practice. Her aim is to support local small business owners in the daunting task of handling their books and getting ready for tax time BEFORE tax season hits. Her goal is to quell common financial fears via education and proactive accounting services tailored to your specific business needs.
