10:30 - Arrive at ancient town and visit the Guoxue Medical Hall for a TCM workshop (herbal sachet or health hammer making) and a personalized consultation.
12:30 - Free time to explore local delicacies in the ancient town, enjoy the lunch with local cuisine
13:40 - Explore the ancient town on your own, chill at tea house or cafe, or visit Nanshan Temple
16:00 - Conclude the day trip and head back
