### ITINERARY:
- 07:15 – Assemble & depart from Shanghai
- 11:30 – Arrive at Xufu Cliff, picnic lunch
- 12:30 – Gear up & safety briefing with coach
- 13:30 – Begin Via Ferrata climbing (~180m route, ~60m height, ~150 mins)
- 16:00 – Finish climbing & descend
- 16:30 – Depart for Shanghai
- 20:00 – Arrive back in Shanghai
### PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum height: 1.3m (children)
• Age limit: Under 60 years old
• Minors (under 18) must have guardian consent and be accompanied by an experienced adult
Weight restrictions:
• Men: under 100kg
• Women: under 80kg
Health restrictions:
Participants with conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia (fear of heights), joint instability, osteoporosis, epilepsy, pregnancy, or recent major surgery (within 6 months) are not permitted.
Participants under the influence of alcohol are strictly not allowed.
