Jiuxi Shibajian (九溪十八涧)
Translated as "Nine Streams and Eighteen Gullies," Jiuxi Shibajian is celebrated for its winding streams, crystal-clear waters, and verdant hillsides, creating a picturesque setting that has inspired poets, artists, and travelers for centuries.
The area is characterized by its dense bamboo groves, ancient trees, and scenic trails that wind through the tranquil countryside.
Shililangdang Hiking Trail(十里琅珰）
The trail meanders through the terraced tea gardens, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the iconic West Lake in the distance.
Along the way, hikers have the opportunity to learn about the intricate process of tea cultivation, from planting and harvesting to processing and brewing, while also enjoying the serene beauty of the natural surroundings.

TRIP ITINERARY:
07:30 - Departure,Gather in downtown Shanghai and board the coach for Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
10:30 - Arrive at Jiuxi Village. Begin a one-hour hike to Zhenji Temple, where you can visit and pay respects at the Buddha of Wealth.
11:30 - Enjoy a packed lunch.
12:30 - Follow the guide on a picturesque trail. Pass through the famous Longjing Village and enter the Shili Langdang area to start the mountain ascent. The hike is not too strenuous but offers breathtaking views of the lush tea plantations blanketing the hillsides.
14:00 - After descending the mountain, proceed to the serene Nine Creeks and Eighteen Gullies (Jiuxi Shibajian).
16:00 - Return to Jiuxi Village and board the coach for the trip back to Shanghai.
20:00 - Arrival time back in Shanghai.
