Madeline Mitchell Stacy publishes the [Oklahoma AI Index](https://profmitchellstacy.substack.com/), and brings over 15 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and public & government affairs. She currently serves as an Executive in Residence for the University of Central Oklahoma’s MBA program focused on teaching graduate business students and building strategic AI programs.




Previously, Madeline was a Senior Manager and U.S. Head of Strategy & Operations for Deloitte’s AI Center where she led teams responsible for AI board strategy, go to market, a portfolio of enterprise clients across the US, and the internal skunk works team of 120 ML engineers working on 100+ research-to-commercialization AI projects.

Earlier in her career, she drove large-scale defense and technology projects with Booz Allen and worked in the executive and legislative branches in the State of Oklahoma. A proud fifth-generation Oklahoman, Madeline holds an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and a BA from Southern Methodist University. She resides in Oklahoma City with her husband where she is active in the community and sits on several boards.
