This group is great for anyone who has an interest in self-help or personal development using self-hypnosis and hypnotherapy techniques to achieve effective personal change.

Use the self-hypnosis techniques presented during courses to increase peace and lower anxiety, get to idea weight and stay there, lower pain and increase comfort, or perhaps increase focus and concentration. You can also use self-hypnosis to be free of smoking, boost your confidence and self-esteem, sleep better or become more productive. You are only limited by your desire and imagination.

This group offers free and low-cost virtual training courses. One-on-one, private and confidential virtual sessions are available upon request. Members of this group that attend a paid course, will receive a discounted rate for private sessions. During private sessions, many clients enjoy a more profound experience as they have a better understanding of hypnosis and how best to relax and let go.
