The Oklahoma Bitcoin Association in partnership with PizzaDao will be hosting a fun social gathering for Bitcoin Pizza Day 2024
The occasion commemorates a programmer named Laszlo Hanyecz who famously bought two pizzas for 10,000 BTC on May 22, 2010. This was the first time anyone was reported to have to used bitcoin to buy physical goods (that we know of).
