Multi-Agent Systems: Patterns and Tradeoffs

Simple is best…until it isn’t. Most agentic systems start with one agent and a few tools. As prompts grow and responsibilities blur, it’s worth asking whether it’s time to introduce multi-agent patterns. In this talk, we’ll look at common approaches — subagents, routers, handoffs, and skills — and the benefits and tradeoffs behind each.
