It's game night and everyone is welcome! Every Tuesday is drop-in night and are a great night for beginners and experienced players alike, and fans of all genres.

There is usually a mix of all sorts of games across several tables including fun, easy to learn games through to heavy brain busters. Every night is different, but there is always lots of fun to be had and plenty of people to meet (if you want!). Usual attendance is 15-20 people across up to 2-5 tables, so there are usually several choices of games to play, but is also a nice setting for introverts, at least according to the ones we have. The focus is on being social and fun for all and there are usually lots of laughs to be had!

We are an easy-going bunch - everybody is welcome that is respectful and there to play, be social, and have a good time (not be on their phone half the night or deliberately ruin it for everyone else). New players are welcome, whether you are new to the group or new to tabletop gaming altogether!

We also have bi-weekly events for medium and heavy games on alternating Wednesdays plus an occasional Sunday heavy game day. More information on these and other events throughout the Okanagan can be found on the Discord server.

Please note that the cafe has a $7 "Stay and Play" charge, or has a monthly pass that is a little cheaper if you come every week (or more). The cafe also has a wide selection of snacks, food, and drinks of all types including coffee, espressos, tea from Chai Baba, pop and Italian soda, real milkshakes, local beer and wine, and a decent bar for drinks of all types.

This event is public and posted in several locations - feel free to share!

We mostly play games on Tuesdays at 6pm but sometimes members like to get together on Wednesdays. We mostly plan ahead for Wednesdays on Discord so ask who's interested on there or Contact Amanda before attending.

We have a drop-in game night every other Wednesday at Twice the Dice Board Game Cafe. This is a casual and public game night open to people of all experience levels, but this crowd tends to be more experienced players than Tuesdays, so we tend tend to play medium or heavy-weight games.

Every night is different and depends on what the group wants to do, and how many people there are. Feel free to bring your own favourite game (or grab one of the shelf) and invite someone to play!

Please be aware of the Cafe's stay-and-play charge (monthly passes are also available if you go regularly).

Every other Sunday we get together for a medium-heavy game day and are looking for more to join us! **This event is Based on RSVPS and group discussion in advance on Discord be aware sometimes nobody is there and this event does not have a dedicated host, it relies on user communication.

Love medium-weight games? Us too! It may be Age of Steam, Beyond the Sun, Scythe, or any number of games that people bring! Feel free to bring your own as an option, but please discuss ahead of time what you'd like to play so people can look up the game, watch a video tutorial, etc. Please contact Amanda if any issues arise

We are more than happy to teach, but do hope that attendees are familiar with the genre being played and have at least a passing familiarity with the game from watching a video or something. If you are new to board games, consider coming out to the Chits & Giggles event every Tuesday night at 6pm.
