Kings Park Hike and Bike Trail

The Kings Park Hike & Bike Trail is located in the old Kings Park Psychiatric Center. On this fully-paved walk in the woods, we can enjoy nature without tripping over roots and rocks! (Although if you're like me, you may occasionally trip over nothing.) The walk out and back I believe is about 3.3 miles. It's not flat, but there are no major uphills or downhills.

We'll be starting from the parking lot on Route 25a, just east of Church Street/Indian Head Road in Kings Park, directly across from the fire district. I'll be at the east end of the lot a few minutes early and plan to start walking at exactly 10.
