Melody Lewis is a distinguished Indigenous entrepreneur and advocate, belonging to the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe. As the founder of the Indigenous Community Collaborative (IndigenousCC), she leads initiatives aimed at revitalizing Indigenous perspectives within workforce and educational systems. Her work focuses on amplifying Indigenous truths, values, resilience, and validation through connection, ability, and collaboration.
Raised in Mohave Valley, Arizona, Melody has dedicated over a decade to workforce development, implementing various initiatives across Arizona, California, and Nevada. Her efforts have supported key agencies and organizations, including the Department of Labor, Department of Education, Maricopa County Community College District, and various tribal communities. 
Melody's commitment to community empowerment and cultural inclusion has positioned her as a leading voice in creating Indigenous-inclusive workforce development, educational, and economic strategies. Her keynote addresses often explore themes of trust, reciprocity, and cultural values as foundational elements for successful and sustainable business relationships.
In addition to her work with IndigenousCC, Melody co-founded Cahokia: SocialTech + ArtSpace, further demonstrating her dedication to fostering innovation and collaboration within Indigenous communities.
