Isaac is the CIO and Assistant Vice Chancellor for IT at Pima Community College, where he leads a 100-person technology team and has driven major digital transformation initiatives. He started his career as a software developer and brings deep expertise in applied technology, innovation strategy, and building solutions that serve the community.
