What we’re about
RBGC Social Gatherings will be an avenue for the members and guests to have social events that are not a part of the formal activities of the club, and are not necessarily intended to be centered on gardening, but rather will give members a chance to plan activities outside of gardening and be able to invite the club the club to participate in informal activitees of their choice and creation. Some possibilities might be luncheons or dinners at local restaurants, a snack or potluck party around the pool, movie night, ice cream socials, a trip to Green Acres, a two hour class in some creative activity dealing with art or dancing or music or baking bread or teaching others to make a special ethnic dish...the possibilities are truly endless and the sponsor can set the time, date, rules, guidelines and number of participants. All the sponsor needs to do is give me (Larry) the details, i will write it up and send it to all the members who choose to join this Meetup, and you can always check the guests list numbers and who has signed up.
