What we’re about
This group is for folks over 30 that remember how fun it was to go to house parties and summer cookout's from the 70's - 90's and are still looking for a good, safe place to party. If you have a party that you would like to invite our members to, please email me and we will post it.

I'm throwing a book launch party to celebrate, and I want you there! (If you can't come, you can still grab the cookbook here.)
So many people are dealing with health conditions they could actually heal with the right foods. That's why I wrote "Stop Playin' Go Vegan", to end the struggle and confusion around healthy food. Because food that heals should also be food that brings joy... AND FLAVOR!
I hope you'll come! Not just to get my book, but to actually taste what I'm talking about, watch me cook these life-changing recipes live, and walk away knowing exactly how to make your kitchen a place of healing AND happiness.
Here's what you can expect:
- Live cooking demo of 2 showstopper recipes (yes, including dessert!)
- Taste samples that prove healthy = delicious
- Drinks and refreshments
- A signed copy of Stop Playin' Go Vegan
- Community and inspiration
- Early Bird Bonus: Register by July 25th for my 3-Day Plant-Based Starter Menu
