About Olima: Olima is a community for Olim and internationals in Israel who care about self-development, connection, and inspiration.
We gather in warm, café-style settings for evenings of roundtable conversations, guided reflections, and storytellingthat go beyond small talk. Each meetup is designed to spark meaningful friendships, personal growth, and a sense of home during the transition of building life in Israel.
Olima is part of the Mindrise vision - a self-development platform and community - with Olima dedicated especially to supporting Olim on their journey of growth and belonging.

About our Host:
Ariella Azran - Life Coach, Motivational Speaker & Entrepreneur
After 10 years living in Switzerland, Ariella returned home to Israel, driven by a deep calling to build community and connection. She is the founder of Mindrise, a growing self-development platform and community, and the creator of Olima, a unique lineup of gatherings designed specifically for Olim.
Ariella brings extensive experience in community building, group facilitation, and event hosting, blending personal growth practices with meaningful connection. She is especially passionate about supporting like-minded people who care about self-development, mindset, and creating a life of purpose.
Alongside her group work, Ariella offers 1:1 coaching sessions in Tel Aviv (Noga), and regularly speaks on stages as a motivational speaker, inspiring others to live with clarity, truth, and intention.
