I've been so inspired by Suzanne Giesemann's mediumship stories and her meditation practice! It's available for free on her website (links below). A friend told me about it and that it has helped her open up to automatic writing and channeling. I've been practicing it everyday too. And I believe it is even easier to reach this alternate state of awareness when practicing in a group which is why I'm hosting this meetup. After the meditation we'll have an open talk and I can share other channeling experiences as well. Ultimately it is my hope that our group develops into an evidential mediumship / channeling group. Suzanne is a retired U.S. Navy commander, used to work at the Pentagon, aide to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (the office that coordinates the different branches of the military), has met 6 U.S. presidents, flown on Air Force 1. And after a series of personal events, became a medium. 🤯 This lady is incredible! I'm attending her workshop in San Rafael CA on Feb 1-2! Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so you can find parking and our room. Here's an approximate schedule of what we'll be doing.

11:40am 30 minute guided meditation
12:10pm open talk

WHAT TO BRING
Dress comfortably in layers. It's common for the body to go through temperature changes the deeper you relax into meditation. We'll be sitting for a while so bring a seat cushion or pillow if you want to make your seat even more comfortable. ☺️ Also, it might be good to bring a light snack for yourself like a fruit, snack bar or chocolate for example to help "ground" you back after the meditation. 😄
