After 5 years in Tax and Accounting, Erik Edvalds took the leap and entered the real estate field in 2019. Seeing investing up close as Theory Real Estates CFO, he quickly began investing in real estate himself! From a young age Erik understood the importance of patience and planning for the long term. With the goal and vision to secure his time freedom to pursue his and his family’s life passions, he is well on his way in crafting the life he has envisioned. He has since rapidly built a diversified portfolio of real estate in residential, commercial, vacation/destination (short-term) rentals, and business investments.
