GenX Dance Party: Your Living Room, Supersized!
Imagine dancing in your living room, but bigger, better, and with an amazing sound system. It’s all the fun of a dance floor, but none of the hassle of a nightclub. This isn’t your average bar or nightclub; Studio Bob is a vibrant community art space and gallery that transforms into YOUR dance floor once a month.

Early to Dance, Early to Bed!
One of the best parts? The GenX Dance Party runs from 7 PM to 10 PM, perfect for getting your groove on without staying out all night.

Who’s Invited to the GenX Dance Party? Short answer: YOU. If you’re in your 40s, 50s, 60s, or still rockin’ life’s encore years and love great music, dancing, and a laid-back atmosphere, this event is for you. Our minimum age is 21, so our dance floor welcomes younger folks with old school dance souls too.

Flying Solo? This is a dance-your-way zone where you can roll in solo and still feel right at home. You’ll be safe, comfortable, and totally in your element.

Crew Roll Call: Got a crew? Tell us about it, and we’ll set up a special seating area just for you and your friends. It’s like having your own VIP corner, but it's way more chill.

Your Dance Floor, Your Rules: Bust a move, shuffle awkwardly, or just headbang in the corner. Nobody’s watching, nobody’s judging, and nobody’s gonna crowd your space; it’s part of our club rules. Dance all night, exactly how you want to.

Take Five: Need a break? No problem! With plenty of seating, you can recharge before hitting the floor again.

Not Feeling the Dance Scene? That’s cool too! Stop by for a crafted cocktail or mocktail and enjoy the music from the cozy Loom Lounge or the Sunshine Room. You can even catch up with a friend or work on a jigsaw puzzle while soaking in the atmosphere.

Our "nightclub" is designed to be a judgment-free zone where you can let loose, express yourself, and groove to the music without hesitation. Our dance parties typically involve 85% women or female-presenting people over 40.
