Switchback Trail to Hurricane Ridge via Shuttle, ONP

This is a steep 4 mile hike from Switchback Trail to Sunrise Ridge Trail to Hurricane Ridge.
Total elevation gain/loss is about 1,000 feet.
We will meet at the Gateway Transit Center at 845am and take the 900am shuttle to the Switchback Trailhead arriving at 925am. Cost is $1 exact cash each way (coins accepted). You must show your America the Beautiful National Park pass to the bus driver.
Switchback Trail is very steep, but short at .6 miles. At the junction, turn left at the sign for the Visitor's Center. We will hike on the Sunrise Ridge Trail for about 3.5 miles and arrive at the main parking lot.
We will stay and enjoy snacks and the views until the 1200 bus, arriving at Gateway at 1245pm. Bring your own drinks and snacks as there are no facilities since the Visitor's Center burned down 2 years ago.
Bring $2 for bus fare.
Dogs are not allowed.
