Low tide at Glass Beach, Port Townsend

This is a 6 mile out and back, round-trip walk along the beach at a low tide of -3.5 feet. We will park at Jefferson County Fairgrounds and walk a few blocks to North Beach. Bathrooms available here.
We will then walk west along North beach, which may be rocky and have some logs strewn about. We will look for beach glass along the way to McCurdy Point.
This area was the town
dump until the 1960s and there is debris still scattered about.
Low tide is at 1025am.
