Late Afternoon hike at Hurricane Ridge, ONP

This is a moderate 3 to 4 mile round-trip out and back hike at Hurricane Ridge. We will start at the main parking lot and take the trail to Klahhane Ridge. We will follow this trail down to a viewpoint just before the steep, rocky section starts.
Wildlife is usually more active later in the day, so we may stop occasionally to do some viewing.
We will hike back the same way.
Voluntary carpooling is encouraged and will leave from the ONP Visitor's Center in Port Angeles (3002 Mt Angeles Rd) at 415pm. Please indicate if you want to carpool, or if you plan to meet at the top at 5pm.
No dogs allowed.
National Park pass required at the fee station. One pass is good for up to 4 people in a vehicle.
