Dear Women!
This group has been birthed out of a desire to come out of 'isolation' and be with other women, where there is an open forum to say it like it is! All topics are welcome.
Bring your good, bad, ugly, turned on, pissed off - it's all welcome. There's power in ALL of it. When we do this, we create real change because it's not what we were taught growing up. We were taught to be 'good' 'perfect' and 'in control', among other things. There is immense courage that comes from being our authentic selves, as they are. For many of us we are re-finding who she is. The rules we were taught about 'how to be' to be liked and 'good' have kept us small, disconnected and isolated.
Bring you, who ever you are, where ever you are at - She is welcome.
There will be a reading, usually from some seriously cool bitch changing the world with her awesomeness or on a topic that feels poignant for the group.
There is an opportunity to share, if you want to and an exercise on developing confidence, trust in your intuition and being our authentic self. Women can participate at whatever level they desire.
