WHAT IS OM CHANTING?

OM Chanting is a group practice, one of the techniques of Atma Kriya Yoga, that uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of the participants.

BENEFITS OF OM CHANTING:

To preserve the energetic integrity of the circle, once chanting has started, participants arriving after the start time will be asked to sit on the outside of the circle. If you are running late, please let the OM Chanting Organiser know – if it is only a few minutes, they might be able to wait for you.

SRI YANTRA COLORING

Sri Yantra is the most sacred geometry that exits. She is the universal pure power of creation, Divine Mother that can transform and bring us to the highest level.
The colouring itself is meditative and it connects us deeper with her power and with our core, activating harmonising effect.
Since Sri Yantra is the power of Creation, it has it all within that we need to progress not only on our spiritual path but also in other aspects of our life like health, wealth and so on.
