What we’re about
Calm your mind and open your heart 🩷
Immerse yourself into the cosmic sound of OM. We chant OM out loud for 45 minutes continuously in a special formation.
🕉️ It is free of charge and open to everyone (donations are welcome).
OM Chanting is a free group practice that uses the transformational power of OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants. The practice transforms negativity into positive energy, helps purify the local environment, and supports the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants.
The practice originates from ancient times in which humankind was more connected to a higher wisdom and living in harmony with the universe. The rishis (the ancient sages and sources of the Vedic scriptures) of that time used this powerful primordial vibration of OM to bring about healing to others and all sorts of imbalances in people and nature. In addition to the personal benefits we receive, OM Chanting can also be a service to humanity.

Atma Kriya Yoga Course: A Journey from the Mind to the Heart
We are happy to offer another in-person Atma Kriya Yoga course on the weekend of October 18th and 19th (9 AM - 6 PM) in Victoria, in the Jubilee/Richmond Road area, at a private apartment.
Atma Kriya Yoga is a unique system infused with the nine forms of Bhakti (devotion), helping you dive within and connect with your heart and the Divine. OM Chanting is one of the practices of Atma Kriya Yoga.
During the course, we’ll embark on a journey from the mind to the heart, exploring Bhakti through various practices, including OM Chanting, pranayama, meditation, asanas, and Japa Kriya (chanting the Divine Name).
Atma Kriya Yoga focuses on cultivating a deep, unique, and intimate relationship with God. Through the grace of initiation into the practice, the techniques are simple yet powerful enough to elevate Atma Kriya Yogis to new depths of divine connection.
The course spans two full days, from 9 AM to 6 PM, and the cost is $425.
This practice is truly a gift from Paramahamsa Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji.

Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda during the first Atma Kriya Yoga initiation on 22 March, 2007:
What is Atma Kriya Yoga? Atma Kriya Yoga is all about the Love relationship between us and God. In this Love relationship that you have with the Divine, try to lose yourself in it. In Atma Kriya Yoga, all these exercises, all this prāṇāyāma and all this chanting is done only to please the Divine, the Divine within you.
