OM Chanting Circle

Join us Saturday, June 28th at 2:00 pm at the Cook Street Village Activity Centre

We chant OM out loud for 45 minutes continuously

🕉️ About: OM Chanting is a very powerful healing technique. It is free of charge and open to everyone. We chant OM for 45 minutes in a special formation. Please bring a cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor. Otherwise, chairs are provided.

⏱️ *Please be on time as once we start, new people won’t be able to join (although you are welcome to chant outside the circle—you will still benefit).

🧘🏻‍♀️ The technique itself will be explained at the start of the event.
