We’ll begin with a relaxed, supportive sharing time to foster connecting and co-regulation. This will be followed by a guided meditation and a soothing sound bath featuring drums, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. We’ll close the evening with a group teatime, gently integrating the experience together.

Claire is a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Master/Practitioner, she has completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training and is continuing her studies in shamanic healing, sound healing, and Ayurvedic medicine.
