What we’re about
Amnesty International Omaha Chapter supports Amnesty International USA's vision of a world in which every person enjoys the rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our local group will raise awareness of human rights violations and inform the public about what can be done to oppose these violations. We also advocate on behalf of prisoners of conscience and other victims of human rights violations at every meeting by participating in Amnesty's ongoing urgent action letter writing campaign.
