Topic: Supercharge Your Development with Devcontainers
There’s a lot of complexity and variations when developing. Determining the correct environment is a challenge you can alleviate with devcontainers. The benefits of devcontainers include consistent, isolated, and disposable environments; easy onboarding and reduced configuration overhead; repeatable deployments; cross-platform development; user-provisioned infrastructure; and customization for specific needs. Kevin Popken will demonstrate deploying Azure DevOps repository with Terraform and devcontainers. Tools used include Terraform, TerraGrunt, devcontainers, pre-commit, Azure DevOps, and vscode.
