What’s the group goal?
Our mission is to help people thrive—body, mind, and spirit—by transitioning to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle that eliminates processed foods and harmful ingredients. We believe that food is medicine, and we’re here to empower our community with knowledge, support, and hands-on experiences that lead to long-term, vibrant health.

Who are you hoping to meet?
We’re looking for health-conscious individuals (or those ready to become one!), wellness seekers, beginners curious about plant-based eating, seasoned vegans looking to clean up their plates, and anyone who believes that food can heal. Whether you’re transitioning to a healthier lifestyle or just looking for a supportive community to grow with, you’re welcome here.

What will you do at your events?
Our group hosts a mix of in-person and virtual events, including:
• Food demonstrations showing how to make simple, healing meals
• Grocery store and farmers market tours to learn label reading and healthy shopping
• Restaurant visits to show how to eat clean, even at non-vegan places
• Outdoor wellness activities like walks, hikes, bike rides, and kayaking
• Farm visits and urban garden tours
• 1-2 day immersion events to help people kickstart their whole food plant-based journey
