This purpose of this group is to help those who want to improve their eating and lifestyle habits so that they can improve their health, lose weight, and increase their energy.
Most people have tried several different diets to get healthy and to lose weight, but it usually doesn't work long-term. By following the principles of clean eating and by making healthy lifestyle choices, it is possible to get results without following a restrictive and complicated diet. Even better, you really don't need to buy any expensive supplements, pills, or diet foods in order to be successful.
During our monthly events, we will learn about topics such as clean eating, how to manage stress, improving the quality of your sleep, ridding your home of toxic cleaning and personal care products, how to find an exercise routine you enjoy, and so much more. Our meetings will provide practical suggestions, encouragement, and support so that we can all take manageable steps everyday to improve our health.
And, by making different food and lifestyle choices, you will be able to dramatically increase your energy, get to a healthy weight for your body, and naturally manage your health symptoms.
If you're interested in taking action to improve your health, then the workshops offered to this group will give you the support and motivation you need to get started! Plus, taking action is so much easier and more fun when you're surrounded by other people who have similar goals.
